I ordered (2) items A whiskey and a Sake, I was willing to pay the crazy shipping cost. I waited (7) days to even hear anything regarding the order. I get a shipping notification that both of the (2) items I placed an order for shipped. Immediately followed an email from support saying my sake wasn't available. No one asked me if I wanted to cancel or proceed with shipping. No instead they send me a invoice with a shipping order number saying both items shipped...but both didn't. Who does that? I guess this site does. I guess this is my punishment for ordering liquor online.
I ordered through winetoship.com site. They have better collection especially when it's cheaper options. Their shipping charge is reasonable. I have received my order. Well packaged and shipping time is reasonable too. Only complaint I have is that one bottle was not there with them and they removed it from order later. I wish they update their inventory in the site.
I saw many bad reviews and I was not worried. When I sent email, they were very quick to respond.
I will recommend this online store to anyone. As I said I wish they update their inventory online so that we will not order something which is not in their site

Wonderful experience! I'm in a state that allows wine but not spirits for delivery (you can check if your state allows shipment on their FAQ page). I ordered 5 bottles for holiday gifts, and this site had them $10 cheaper than my local stores (only two of which stocked the product I bought). I ordered, then accidentally closed my browser without entering my email for order confirmation. I got worried about not having a confirmation and contacted the support team, and they responded within a day with order number and status. They shipped it right away and it came so fast, arriving on a Sunday evening via FedEx. The packaging in the box was perfect, rigid recycled cardboard in the shape to hold wine bottles. Flawless order and experience, will order from them again.
I have to say this was one of the best online experiences I have had in a long time. Not only did they respond in a timely manner, they also made sure they had a happy customer. I will definitely be buying more tequila and other products in the near future. Thank you.
